2 lbsground beef

½ cuprice powder
1.5the larb na chili mix
or maybe a bit less - taste test, packets

8garlic
minced

1red onion
minced but half add in with the meat and half is for serving, or shallots

1lime

¼ cupmint
chopped with more for serving

cilantro

Instructions
Step 1
Make rice powder - add a little oil over high heat and pour in UNCOOKED jasmine rice. Let it cook for a bit until pretty browned and remove from heat. Crush with mortar and pestle to a nice consistency
Step 2
Start cooking garlic and beef. Sauté over medium high heat (garlic on pan below ground beef). Cook until brown and remove from heat.
Step 3
Once done, mix in 1.5 chili spice mix, half red onion, mint, rice powder (to taste - start with 1/4 cup), and 1 lime
Step 4
Serve with avocado, cilantro, more mint, lime, lettuce cups, rice
