Step 1
Mix together mincemeat, fruit and a splash of brandy and blend till smooth with a hand blender. For a chunkier filling don’t blend.
For the pastry

rub the ingredients together with a splash of cold water until it comes together as a dough. Chill for 30 mins.
Step 3
Flour a surface and roll out pastry to about 3mm thickness. Cut out circles to line a muffin tin and fill with mincemeat. Apply a small amount of oat milk around the rim of each pie, and cover the top with pastry lids, gently push closed and sprinkle with caster sugar.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake for 20-30mins, then leave to cool.
