Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F (or 375, bake for 9 minutes) 2. Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, the butter, shortening and eggs. 3. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. 4. Shape dough into balls (mini ice cream scoop size) 5. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon and roll balls in mixture to coat. 6. Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet 7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
