Step 1
1. Boil your broccoli until they become soft

2. Smooth them with a blender and add flour and grated parmesan
Step 3
3. Mix until you have a sticky dough, then put it in a heat-safe container and bake in in the air frier for 15-20 minutes at 200°C
Step 4
4. Cut your bread and add whatever filling you want, I added homemade hummus without tahili, raw ham and cheese, but you can add whatever you want
