Cheeeesy ! For the cheese start with a little and stir, then add more as you like ;) For one-pot pasta, the ratio of pasta to water should be 1:2 for pasta with a cooking time between 9 and 12 minutes. So for 100g of pasta, add 200ml of water.

Step 1
Cook the 2 red bell peppers, half an onion and 2 cloves of garlic for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Mix them all together after cooking.
Step 3
Put the pasta, tomato paste and bell pepper sauce in a saucepan.
Step 4
Add salt, pepper, paprika, basil and water.
Step 5
Simmer for +- 15 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking. Water should be absorbed by the end of cooking.
Step 6
Add the mozzarella and stir. It's ready to eat. Bon appétit !
