Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until they're combined.
Step 2
If the mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of water to create a pudding consistency.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a jar and soak in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving, or overnight.
Step 4
Serve topped with banana slices and crushed walnuts, if using.
