Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Add oil into pan at medium high heat
Step 3
Saute onion with oil until translucent
Step 4
Add garlic for roughly 1 minute
Step 5
Add shredded chicken and 1/2 of enchilada sauce
Step 6
Add salt and pepper
Step 7
Cook for 3 minutes then set aside
Step 8
Fill and roll Tortillas with mixture and Mexican cheese
Step 9
Add extra enchilada sauce to Tortillas
Step 10
Place all Tortillas into bake dish and add rest of enchilada sauce and more cheese
Step 11
Bake for 20 minutes
Step 12
Add Cilantro on top
