Instructions

Step 1
Marinade chicken for 20-25 minutes

Heat oil on medium flame and shallow fry chicken for about 3-5 minutes

In a separate pan, add three tbsp olive oil and let it heat

Add onion and sauté for about a minute on medium flame

Add 6 tomatoes, 2 tsp ginger/garlic paste and sauté for about 2 minutes

Add 6 Thai chili peppers, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 50 grams cashews, 1/2 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp salt and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 cup water, turn flame to low and let it cook for 4 minutes

Add it all in the blender and blend it until it’s a smooth paste

Pour gravy back in the pan, and turn flame on to medium
Step 10
Add 60 grams of butter, 3 tbsp heavy cream and let it cook for 3 minutes on medium flame

Add orange food color if you want

Add chicken to the gravy, add 1 tbsp kasuri methi, turn flame to low and let it cook for 5 minutes
