Preheat oven to 350F

Spray muffin tin generously with cooking spray

Dice breakfast sausage and evenly distribute amongst all muffin cups
Step 4
Evenly distribute Rotel and shredded cheese amongst all muffin cups
Step 5
Combine and whisk liquid eggs, egg whites, and Ripple milk in mixing bowl
Step 6
Pour egg mixture into each muffin cup evenly
Step 7
Bake in oven for 20 min and allow to cool before removing
