Instructions

Step 1
Cut a slit down the salmon fillet to create a pocket, season it with a little bit of salt, paprika and garlic powder.
Step 2
To make the filling mix together egg yolk, mayo, lemon juice, parsley, salt and garlic powder, panko, and lump crab meat.
Step 3
Stuff the salmon and bake at 350f degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
To make sauce saute tomatoes, onions and garlic. Add lemon juice, parsley. Season it with salt pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and old bay seasoning. And some chicken stock and cook.
