Step 1
Mix all the spice together
Step 2
Add 2 tbs of spice mix to the yogurt
Step 3
Add cubed chicken thighs to yogurt and spices and let marinate for 30 minutes up to 24 hours

Sauté onions garlic and ginger until soft then add rest of spices and tomato paste cook down 3 minutes before adding chicken stock
Step 5
Blend until smooth
Step 6
Add yogurt chicken and curry mixture back in pot and cook down 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
Step 7
Stir in butter and cream and season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 8
Serve with rice
