1.25Old Fashioned Oats

2 TblsBkng Soda

1 TblsBaking Powder

1 ½ tspcinnamon

½ tspnutmeg

1 tspginger

a little less than

1 Cupapples

1 cupcarrots

1 cuppumpkin

1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1

I made 6 batches in diff bowls and blended one at a time then poured into jar to dryseal. Can be made with 3/4 cup each of apples and Pumpkin then 1 cup buttermilk. Applesauce can be swapped for grated if needed.

My only concern is that I replaced the oil with the pumpkin and I don't know what fat is in the recipe now? To have this as a meal replacment maybe I need to add some in? I figured I'd put butter on it, or coconut oil, but they were delish to me as is~
