Step 1
Brown hamburger and add taco spice to create taco meat
Step 2
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, diced onions and chives (or use store bought sour cream & chive cream cheese)
Step 3
Spread cream cheese generously mix on tortillas
Step 4
Layer tortillas, cream cheese side up, beef and shredded cheese 3 high. Use extra tortillas cut in half if using a rectangle pan to fill gaps
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until cheese is fully melted
Step 6
Serve hot. Add tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, sour cream on the side of desired
