A Tex-Mex take on traditional Mac and cheese this is a kid favorite and extremely versatile! Feel free to add veggies, switch the meat, or pasta and cheese to fit what your have in your pantry.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350

Cook pasta until done and add to mixing bowl

Add queso and 1/3 cup shredded cheese to pasta. Stir until well coated and set aside.

Brown the meat and drain excess grease as needed. Stir in taco seasoning.
Step 5
Add taco meat to mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
Step 6
Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray and fill with pasta and meat mixture
Step 7
Top with remaining shredded cheese
Step 8
Bake for 5 minutes and serve immediately
