Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add the dates and banana, and mash together using a fork.
Step 2
Add pinch of salt and and coconut flakes, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into balls and place onto a lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Using something flat, like a cup, flatten the balls to desired thickness. Then using a chopstick or spoon, make a hole in the middle of the disk. Bake in a pre heated oven at 350*F for 30 min or until it is golden brown.
Step 5
Once the cookies are cool, melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. When the chocolate is melted, add coconut oil to help make chocolate more viscous.
Step 6
Using a spoon drizzle chocolate over cookies. Once the chocolate sets, it is ready to eat.
