I’ve made this quiche using flat bread/wraps to make it healthier.

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180c. In a fry pan, lightly fry shallots and garlic till translucent.

2. Grated zucchini and squeeze out excess water.
Step 3
3. In a bowl, add 6 eggs, half cup milk and give it a whisk.
Step 4
4. Add zucchini, chicken, feta and shallot/garlic mixture to the eggs.
Step 5
5. Lightly grease a pie dish and layer it with the mountain bread.
Step 6
6. Pour in the quiche mixture into the pie dish and cook in a preheated for 40mins.
