Instructions
Step 1
IN THE INSTANT POT.
Step 2
Remove bone from the beef and any tendons. Cut into ~1 ½ inch cubes.
Step 3
Add the water, beef, and the prepared veg to the inner pot.
Step 4
Add the remaining ingredients apart from the pearl barley into the Instant Pot. **DO NOT STIR**
Step 5
Add the pearl barley on top.
Step 6
PC Manual / 30 minutes, ensuring the valve is set to sealing.
Step 7
When the Instant Pot has finished cooking, use the Quick Pressure Release method.
Step 8
Stir and leave it to stand for 10 minutes or so and it will thicken up a little.
Step 9
When cold portion up and freeze in foil containers.
