Step 1
In a 12inch skillet, heat 2 tbs oil on medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, dip into ranch mix to coat.
Step 2
Cook chicken in oil about 6 minutes until golden brown. Turn and cook 6-8 more minutes or until internal temperature is 175*F.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook green beans according to package directions. If fresh, boil for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender and drain.
Step 4
Remove chicken from skillet, add additional oil, and add green beans to skillet. Cook without stirring until blistered (2-3 mins). Stir in tomatoes and cook 1-2 more minutes until tomatoes soften. Serve vegetable mix with chicken.
