Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients and set aside

3. In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients (except chocolate chips) then slowly add the dry ingredients and combine well

4. Incorporate the chocolate chips to the mixture if using

5. Pour into a bread pan that's either greased w/ butter or coconut oil or lined with parchment

6. Bake for 40-45 mins or until edges are getting crispy but the middle is still moist
Step 6
7. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before enjoying
