Step 1
1. Preheat the oil in a pan and add the onions. Fry for 2 mins stirring often. Add the carrots, celery and Swede. Cover and cook for another 3 mins.
Step 2
2. Stir In the stock and the mushroom paste, bring to the boil then cover and cook for 2 mins. Stir in the mince, Worcestershire sauce and cook for 7 mins.
Step 3
3. Add the cornflour and water, stir until thickened and season to taste.
