Instructions

Step 1
Place eggs in a pot and fill it with water until the water covers the eggs.
Step 2
Put on high heat and when it comes to a boil, turn it to medium for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Remove eggs carefully into a bowl with ice water. Remove shells.
Step 4
Mash up eggs.
Step 5
Add mayo, relish, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
