Instructions

Step 1
Prepare Elbow macaroni to al dente, rinse in cold water and place in the refrigerator uncovered
Step 2
After at least 1 hour, take macaroni out of fridge and add a ½ cup of mayo, stir and return to refrigerator uncovered.
Step 3
After at least another hour, take macaroni out of fridge and add another ½ cup of mayo (the original mayo absorbs into the macaroni), the peas and tuna. Stir and return to refrigerator uncovered.
Step 4
About another hour later, check for right amount of mayo and adjust and add salt to taste. Serve.
