Step 1
boil water at medium heat and cover
Step 2
shred Parmesan cheese in a bowl (1/2 of bowl approx)
Step 3
Place all the ingredients in a blender, together with your shredded parmesan cheese, and blend. Be careful not to over-blend, we want some texture!
Step 4
Uncover boiling water and place pasta inside. Add one teaspoon of salt (this is for a full package of pasta, calculate accordingly) and stir so the pasta doesn’t stick to the pot.
Step 5
Reduce heat so the water doesn’t make a mess and cook pasta for a time in between the one indicated on the package, eg: 7-9 mins, leave for 8mins
Step 6
Drain pasta, reserving one cup of pasta water
Step 7
Add the pasta back to the pot, stir to combine with the sauce and enjoy!
