Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°Mix all spices in small mixing bowl Coat each chicken thigh with the spices. Spray pan with cooking spray and brown each thigh. Two minutes per side. Spray roasting pan with cooking spray. Put chicken in pan and into oven for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime add the olive oil to the pan heat on medium heat. When hot add the onions and peppers. Cook 5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Remove peppers to a plate, add garlic to pan. Cook one minute. On medium Add flour to pan and cook 2-3 minutes. A paste will form. Slowly add the chicken broth 1/4 cup or less at a time, whisking the entire time until smooth. Add milk 1/4 cup at a time until incorporated. Raise heat to medium high and let simmer 10-15 minutes until thick whisking occasionally add Parmesan cheese slowly 1/4 c at a time stirring with each addition until melted then add the next 1/4 cup. Add the remainder of the spice blend 1t at a time to taste. Reduce heat. Keep sauce on medium low heat until pasta is done. Cook pasta per package directions. When pasta is done combine all ingredients and enjoy.
