Instructions
Step 1
Peel 7 lemons and place them in a boiler and add your sugar let that sit for 2-12 hours. While that’s sitting juice those 7 lemons and sit it to the side.
Step 2
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and in your sugar lemon peels which should have a puddle of lemon oil now. Then juice your pink pineapples and add in the flesh. Boil this for about 7 minutes.
Step 3
Strain the your juice and disregard the lemon peels and pink pineapple flesh. Add in your freshly squeezed lemon juice and 3 more cups of water. Let it cool and serve over ice.
