Instructions
Step 1
Put everything except for your chicken and rice into a food processor and mix into a paste.
Step 2
Pour mixture over chicken in a ziplock bag and place in your fridge overnight.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cook chicken for 20 minutes - flip chicken halfway through.
