Step 1
Preheat waffle maker according to manufacturers instructions
In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk in sugar.
In a large jug, whisk milk and lemon together. Leave for 5 mins, add vanilla and coconut oil.
Pour wet ingredients into, dry, mix until combined
Step 2
Cook on your waffle maker, again, as per manufacturers instructions
