Instructions

Step 1
Heat aromatics (ginger, garlic, and onion) and chili sauce in pan
Step 2
Once aromatics are soft and fragrant, add in veggies to sauté
Step 3
Once veggies are soft (but not cooked all the way through), add two large spoons of peanut butter butter. Reduce with lime juice and chicken stock
Step 4
Stir until smooth, then simmer to let the sauce thicken
Step 5
Add in chicken to absorb sauce
Step 6
While sauce simmers, cook one pack of instant ramen per person.
Step 7
Once sauce and noodles are cooked, place noodles in bowl and top with peanut and veggie sauce. Garnish with lime juice, green onion, and fresh, shelled peanuts
