Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Cube butternut squash and slice chicken sausage. Place squash, green beans and sausage on a baking sheet line with parchment paper. Spray tops with cooking spray and sprinkle with sea salt + pepper. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip and add the cheese wedges to the pan. Roast another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Dump the entire sheet pan into a large bowl and stir until the cheese is melted over all the veggies and sausage. Weigh the entire recipe and divide the weight by the number of servings. Enjoy warm.
