Step 1
We recommend that all meals are stored in your freezer (-18℃ or below) prior to consumption to extend shelf-life of meal. The meal will last up to 1 month in the freezer from date of delivery. If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 1-3 days. Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.

Heating Instructions (Defrosting in Refrigerator):
Step 4
Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal.
Step 5
Once defrosted, heat each bag in the microwave for a minimum 3 - 4 minutes or until hot and soft. Open the bags and stir meal to ensure the contents are evenly heated.
Step 6
Reheat the meal in microwave for additional time if required.
Heating Instructions (Frozen):
Step 7
If frozen, separate the plastic bags containing the ratatouille and pork neck.
Step 8
Bring a saucepan or pot of water to the boil.
Step 9
Place the bag containing the ratatouille in the boiling water for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the bag containing the ratatouille from the boiling water and open bag and stir to ensure contents are heated.
Step 10
Place the bag containing the pork neck in the boiling water for 15 minutes. Remove the bag from the boiling water and open the bag to ensure pork neck is sufficiently heated.
Step 11
Reheat in microwave or oven if further heating is required.
