Instructions

Step 1
🥯 Mix the flour, salt and sugar.
Step 2
🥯 Mix the dried yeast and the milk together and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture onto the flour and knead for 3 minutes with your hands - or slowly with a machine.
Step 3
🥯 When the dough becomes sticky, this is the moment you want to add the oil or margarine cut in cubes and knead for 8 minutes - slow-medium speed with a machine.
Step 4
🥯 When you see the oil is well incorporated and dough is sticky - once again - cover with a wet clothe and let it sit for 45 minutes - the dough should double in size. You want it to be in a warm place but not too warm as it would cook the dough. Next to a sunny window or above the oven are good places to let it sit.
Step 5
🥯 On a floured surface, knead the dough to remove the bubbles for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
🥯 Divide the dough in 100-120 g little balls and let it sit, covered, for another 40 mn
Step 7
🥯 Preheat the oven at 210 °C with a fan - 190°C without a fan
Step 8
🥯 Brush some milk on top of the bread and sprinkle some sesame seeds
Step 9
🥯 Lower the oven at 200°C - or 180°C - and bake for 13 minutes
