My Go-to Lasagna

This recipe has no ricotta, but I load it up with mozzarella & Parmesan. It freezes beautifully in slices.

Instructions

Step 1
Brown beef & onions; drain, if needed. Add remaining ingredients (except noodles & cheeses.) and cook until paste is combined.
Step 2
Grease 9” x 13” baking pan lightly. Add a little sauce, layer of noodles, sauce, & mozzarella; repeat and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan.
Step 3
Cover with Reynold’s release aluminum foil. Bake 60 min.
Step 4
Rest 30 min. before cutting & serving. Serve with green salad & garlic bread.
Step 5
NOTE: this is great with chicken (cut in sm. pieces), but omit Worcestershire Sauce.
Step 6
This is wonderful for leftovers & freezes beautifully in individual servings.
