Preheat oven at 210°C

Mix together the eggs with the sugar

Add the flour until well incorporate

Add the butter and the milk

Put the cherries into a 32cm diameter buttered pie dish

Pour the batter on top of the cherries

Put some diced butter on top of it

Bake at 210°C for 10min then 180°C for 20min

Sprinkle the vanilla sugar on top of the clafoutis
