Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a cooker, add half a glass of water and pressure cook for about 20mins on medium flame.
Step 2
After cooking the meat properly. Open the lid and stir till the kheema becomes dry and is easy for filling.
Step 3
Let it dry completely and then keep in refrigerator for cooling.
Step 4
Take a spoonful kheema and pack in samosas and fold them.
