Instructions

Step 1
Soak herring in soy sauce.
Step 2
Grind carrot and celery root in a blender. Cut onion thin in half circles. Cut red cabbage. Cut processed melted cheese into small cubes. Use the hard kind of breakfast cheese, maybe feta.
Step 3
Take out herring and mix with all ingredients in a bowl. Add ground pepper, pour the soy sauce that was used for herring. Mix well.
