Instructions
Step 1
Season bite-size chicken with salt, pepper, and sake.
Step 2
Coat chicken with potato starch.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients, mix and set aside.
Step 4
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add chicken, cook until browned on both sides for about 8 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the sauce and coat chicken pieces with the sauce.
Step 6
Pour sesame oil and sesame.
Step 7
Serve with sliced green onions.
