Instructions
Step 1
Sauté celery and onions in butter until slightly softened.
Step 2
Brown sausage, drain. Cook turkey legs and pick meat off and chop. Set aside.
Step 3
Mix stuffing mix, chicken stock, sausage, vegetables, and turkey meat. Add chicken broth until almost completely moist.
Step 4
Mix in eggs and poultry seasoning. Mix with hands until thoroughly mixed. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 5
Bake at about 325 for 30-40 minutes or until the top is slightly crusted and stuffing has cooked through.
Step 6
Watch carefully while baking. Cover with Tim foil if necessary to prevent drying out. Add additional chicken broth if necessary.
