Baked chicken and stuffing

Step 1

Mix dry stuffing mix and chopped onion and set aside

Step 2

Butterfly chicken breasts, or use 4 thin breasts. Pound chicken to even thickness for best results.

Step 3

Melt butter and drizzle over breasts. Salt and pepper both sides.

Step 4

Place in casserole dish, top with stuffing mix.

Step 5

Bake on 400 degrees covered with foil for about 20mins.

Step 6

Remove/uncover foil and bake unconvered for an additional 10-15 mins or until chicken cook through.
