Step 1
Add olive oil to dutch oven. Add ground chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add all the diced vegetables and herbs. After 10 min or so add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Cook for 45 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add butter close to the end of cooking time. Add rice and serve it. EAT ALREADY!
