An eggs-plorer If you love chicken parmesan your gonna love this one pan meal! 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tbs fresh chopped basil 1 cup fresh or shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1 cup garlic butter croutons 2 cups marinara sauce Cut chicken in to cubes. In a large bowl combine chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and marinara sauce. Place into a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. In a food processor crush croutons and spoon them on top of cheese and bake at 400° for one hour and enjoy! . . . Makes 6 servings at 461 calories each . .
