Instructions
Step 1
Skin, then thinly slice Chorizo and brown in the pan, when cooked put aside.
Step 2
Slowly cook the diced onion and sliced capsicum until softened
Step 3
Turn up the heat a little and add the chicken, brown slightly
Step 4
Add the aborio rice and allow to saute a little, then add the chicken stock, napoletana sauce, chorizo, smoked paprika and tumeric. Allow to simmer (very low heat) for about 30 mins or until rice is cooked.
Step 5
Serve with Lemon wedge
