Instructions
Step 1
1. Soak the gelatine in water OR dissolve in the 200ml water
Step 2
2. Heat mixture in pan or microwave (DO NOT boil)
Step 3
3. Blend the lemon juice, sugar, watter and yoghurt in a blender
Step 4
4. Turn on ice cream maker and pour mixture into ice cream maker.
Step 5
5. Churn for approximately 40-50 minutes
