Step 1
Salt and pepper the chuck roast on all sides, then place in slow cooker.
Step 2
Season with remaining spices and chopped garlic. Add water and beef bouillon. Add as many pepperoncini peppers and juice from jar, to spice preference. Turn on slow cooker to low for 8 hours.
Step 3
Slice hoagie rolls, if needed. Stuff the hoagie rolls with chuck roast. Top with provolone cheese and broil in oven until cheese is melted.
