Step 1
Chop one red onion in small pieces and mix it with salted ground mixed meat.

In a plastic bowl add all flour, salt, oil and mix. Start adding water and kneading the dough with your hand. When the dough is done leave it covered.
Step 3
Cut the dough into two pieces and roll it across the whole table. Cut it in half horizontaly. Fill it up with meat and roll it up.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven on 180°.
