Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet. Sear chicken about 3 minutes on each side. Move chicken to side.
Step 2
Lower heat to medium. Add garlic to pan and sautee 1 minute. Add 1/4 cup of juice from can of peaches, parsley, and cream soup to pan. Stir with small strokes until combined. Spread out chicken, making sure the pieces are well coated in sauce. Top with sliced peppers. Cover and simmer on low (just bubbling) for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 175.
Step 3
While chicken is cooking, prepare egg noodles according to package directions.
Step 4
Remove chicken to cutting board, and slice. Serve chicken, peppers, and sauce over noodles. Serve with side salad.
