Instructions

Step 1
Crack 2 large eggs in a bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of water and mix well.

In a bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
Step 4
Boil 3 cups of chicken broth.

Add cornstarch slurry into chicken broth to thicken the soup.
Step 6
Season with dashi powder or salt and pepper.
Step 7
Pour in egg mixture slowly to create little yellow ribbons in the soup. Stir as per necessary.
Step 8
Add chopped green onions and serve.
