1 teaspoonground cumin
1 teaspoonchili powder
1 teaspoonsweet paprika
1 teaspoondried oregano
1 teaspoonkosher salt
1 pound93 % lean ground turkey
1 x 15 ouncecan black beans

Instructions
Step 1
For the taco filling: In a small bowl, combine the cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, and salt.
Step 2
Place the ground turkey in the slow cooker, breaking it up loosely with your hands. Add the beans, top with the spice mixture, and pour the salsa over everything.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, until the meat is tender. Using a wooden spoon, break up the ground turkey and stir until everything is well combined.
Step 4
For the tacos: Warm the tortillas directly over a medium flame on the stove, about 20 seconds per side. Place 2 on each of 8 plates. Assemble each taco by placing 1/4 cup of the taco filling on each tortilla, then divide the guacamole and lettuce among the tacos. Top each with 1 tablespoon of the cheddar and sour cream (if using) and serve.
