Instructions

Step 1
Clean and pat dry salmon
Step 2
Place salmon filets onto slight greased sheet pan
Step 3
Squeeze Dijon mustard on top of each salmon filet and spread evenly with back of spoon (be sure to get the sides covered as well) salmon should be completely covered by a layer of mustard

Mix together 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs and Parmesean cheese
Step 5
Sprinkle mixture over salmon
Step 6
Bake salmon for 12-14 min at 450
Step 7
Make broccoli or Brussel sprouts as you'd like
Step 8
Make rice according to package
