Hot Stuffed Avocados

Instructions

Step 1
Cut avocados in half. Remove pits. Put 1 Tbsp. vinegar and a slice of garlic in each half. Let stand 30 minutes.
Step 2
Melt butter. Blend in 2 Tbsp. flour. Add cream and cook stirring until thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, celery salt, pepper, onion, chicken and cayenne. Heat.
Step 3
Pour vinegar and garlic from avocados. Peel. Fill with creamed mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in baking pan with 1/4 inch water in bottom of pan. Bake 15 min. at 350°F or until cheese melts.
