Simple Italian-inspired pasta; just soften the veggies, and add the cooked noodles. Add more or less of the spices based on your preferences. Doesn't need salt but, salt gremlins, feel free to add. Serve with buttery garlic bread for maximum yum-levels.

Step 1
First, boil your noodles.
Step 2
Next, put a large pot onto med-high heat and add onion, garlic, diced cucumber, peeled carrots, cherry tomatoes, spices, and olive oil. Coat everything in the oil and spices and cover for about ten to fifteen minutes, until the carrots are no longer stiff.
Step 3
Add cooked noodles to pot and mix together, coating the noodles in the oil.
Step 4
Serve with lemon juice to top.
